About the Role: Tunsai Chemicals is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire B2B sales process, including the sale of both cleaning products and cleaning services. This role will also involve developing new sales channels, creating sales standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementing sales software to manage the sales database, and driving the overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise with customers after sales or services have been provided. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the B2B sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for cleaning products and services. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and channels for both cleaning products and services in order to increase sales volume and market share. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Create and refine sales SOPs to streamline operations and ensure consistency in sales processes. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services. Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints that arise after sales, service delivery or cleaning service provided to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Other tasks assigned by CEO. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the cleaning products or services industry, is priority. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using sales software and other sales tools is plus. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Proficient in both Khmer and English languages.
