Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the sales team in Siem Reap, providing guidance and coaching to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and loyalty. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans. • Negotiate products price and agreements with customers and partners. • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, logistic team and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals. • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends. • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
