About the Role: Tunsai Chemicals is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process in B2B sales, focusing on selling both our cleaning products and cleaning services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B sales leads for both cleaning products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance. Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cleaning products or services industry, is a priority. Strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. If has experience with sales software and other sales tools, usage is plus. Proficient in both Khmer and English languages.
