Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG sales, a passion for customer engagement, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. • Ensure product availability and proper shelf placement at retail stores. • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging market opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. • Knowledge of sales techniques, distribution channels, and merchandising. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Valid driver’s license (if required).
