Job Description: - Overseeing in operating day-to-day sale operation. - Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. - Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. - Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Planning and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. - Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. - Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. - Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
