Job Description:
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and industry standards.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and monitor cost fluctuations in auto parts pricing.
- Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to track auto parts inventory costs and ensure accurate valuation.
- Monitor pricing strategies and ensure proper cost allocation for parts sold and in stock.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to inventory and sales.
- Lead and support a team of accountants or finance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy in reporting.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best accounting practices.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, tax, audit GDT and Internal Auditor.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Efiling and Other system related to account).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, good communication and meet deadlines.
