Job Responsibility: ▪ Posting Transaction to Quick Book ▪ Checking and Processing payment voucher to supplier ▪ Book keeping and Posting payments into System (QB) • Supporting with sales processing ▪ Update daily Sale & Purchased stock ▪ Update customer information and Issue Invoice ▪ Issue Official Receipt & Clearing AR • Monthly Closing and Reconciliation ▪ Monthly cash count, petty cash, cash on hand and cheque count ▪ Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation, Reconciliation cash count • Document controlling, another task ▪ Prepare filling documents with safety ▪ Follow up other team to completed documents Job Requirement: ▪ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. ▪ 2+ years of accounting experience. ▪ Strong organizational and stress management skills. ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. ▪ Ability to work with little to no supervision.
