Senior Digital and Social Executive

Bioderma is one of the main leading French dermo-cosmetic brands. Created in 1977, it is today among the top 10 worldwide brands in dermo-cosmetics and is present in over 100 countries. Bioderma has opened a joint venture structure in January 2022 in Phnom Penh under the name Mintha Care. To support its strong development in Cambodia, Mintha Care is looking for new passionate Senior Digital and Social Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide ideas for content or coordinate with the content writer to produce content, ensuring effective advertisement of products and implementation of marketing and promotion campaigns. • Engage continuously with the audience through the social media platforms by answering their inquiries, their comments on posts and their needs accordingly with their exact situation. • Coordinate with sales and medical teams to ensure accuracy of product specifications to produce content. • Develop digital content strategy for online platforms (social media pages and e-commerce pages) • Monitor social media Pages (manage messages and requests from fans) • Monitor delays and coordinate the work of outsourced material, design, and production for social media purposes. • Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice in line with our high standards • Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest adjustment to reach targets. • Handle other marketing campaigns under the supervision of Community Manager, including advertisements and publications of ads online and in magazines (both online and offline). • Other duties could be assigned
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field • Have experience in Digital Marketing field • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices • Advanced knowledge for using different types of social media efficiently • SEO/SEA keywords update • Ability to communicate promptly both in Khmer and English. • Excellent in typing in Khmer and English. Creative content writing and design skills. • Excellent written communication abilities to communicate effectively as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
