• Manage and process the booking from customers and airlines/carriers • Carry out daily operation tasks efficiently and work within area guidelines and the company’s policies and procedures • Provide documents for and monitor customs clearance and coordinate with related parties • Follow up with carrier/airlines and update cargo status to agent/customer on time • Report and feedback on irregularities, pre-claims, and problems to manager • Follow up on customer shipment advice and feedback to customer and overseas agents and make respective shipment arrangement • Work out quotations for existing customers and provide obtained market information to sales • Take up additional tasks as assigned
