Responsibilities and Duties
Facilities Management:
● Develop and implement maintenance plans for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
● Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance in collaboration with the IT Unit.
● Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards in all campus facilities.
Transportation Services:
● Supervise the School Bus Service Unit to ensure efficient and safe transportation for students and staff.
● Develop contingency plans for transportation disruptions.
● Monitor and review transportation route efficiency and safety standards.
Cafeteria Management:
● Lead the Cafeteria Unit in providing nutritious, hygienic, and affordable meals for students and staff.
● Oversee compliance with food safety regulations.
● Evaluate feedback from students and staff to improve cafeteria operations.
Safety and Environmental Services:
● Supervise the Safety and Environmental Services Unit to ensure a clean, safe, and sustainable campus environment.
● Develop and implement emergency response plans and safety drills.
● Ensure adherence to waste management and sustainability practices.
General Support:
● Provide operational support, assist with special projects, and undertake tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
● Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Relevant certifications in safety, environmental management, or facilities management are strongly preferred.
Experience:
● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities, transportation, or operations management, preferably in the education sector.
Skills:
● Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
● Proficiency in facilities budgeting and financial management.
● Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
● Fluency in English and Khmer; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
● Strong HR, business development and professional skill.
