Technical Sales is responsible for sales activities to find more projects of gen-sets, transformer, and electrical engineering. This position shall development sales strategy, plan and conduct marketing research to maximize sales target. Sales will go sites frequently for sale visit to reach customers’ requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement sales initiative, strategies, and programs to achieve sales target • Organize sales visits and sales plan to find the project opportunities (Gen sets, Transformer, Maintenance Services, Electrical Engineering Services, etc.) • Demonstrate and present products and its competitive advantages to customers • Collect the market and competitor information to define the potential key areas • Keep good relations with existing and new customers • Build good relation with civil contractor teams to find opportunity to sale the company products • Support to issue quotation and sale contract to customers • Follow up the customers about quotations and report the status of quotations are dealing with • Create the sale target and sale budget and implement to commit sale target • Be clear about products knowledge to present to prospective clients • Coordinate for products installation between customers technical team • Maintain after sales support, services and customers complains • Do maintenance schedule for existing customers and follow up to provide the maintenance services • Provide necessary support to team member for leading sales and closing new deals • Respond and match the customers inquires and complaints • Set appointment with customers for engineering to study the details of project at site • Visit site to coordinate any concerns/complains for installation team • Provide the details of customers’ needs/requirements to engineering team before doing the site survey • Follow up engineering team about survey result and feedback to customers REQUIREMENT • Mechanical or Electrical knowledge, or any related fields • Minimum of 2-year experiences on sale and marketing for Gen-Sets and electrical products • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Computer skills including MS Officer, Internet, Email, etc. • Building relationship with others • Good in English for both speaking and writing • Strong commitment and good team work • Can drive the car and have driving license • High integrity and honesty HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates shall submit CV with the current photograph (4x6) and cover letter to our office directly or by e-mail address below no later than November 30, 2024.
