Meeting: Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting) j. Advertising: Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. k. Social Media: Create a strong social media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. l. Promotion: Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales m. Customer Survey & feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external n. SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT Analysis as needed to ensure the growth of the market share and stay competitive in the business arena E. Other Duty a. Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines. b. Conduct, attend all meeting & training as required by the organization c. Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses. d. Prepare reports e. Perform other duties as necessary to reach the organization goals. F. Reports: 1. Competitor analysis including price, product and strategy (term, year) 2. Students’ enrollment and dropped out (daily, Week, Month, Term, Year) 3. suggestion box and survey (daily, Week, Month, Term, Year) 4. Daily operation services (daily, month, term, year) 5. Customer daily visit report (daily, month, term, year)
