Coordinate with contractors and vendors for the procurement of MEP materials and equipment. Monitor the progress of MEP work and report to the senior management regarding project milestones and potential risks. Ensure proper documentation of system installation and commissioning procedures. Ensure that all MEP works are carried out in compliance with SEZ requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. Perform regular inspections and quality audits to ensure the systems are installed correctly and function as designed. Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for mechanical and MEP systems to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems in the SEZ. Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures as needed.
