Job responsibilities:
- Work with the client to arrange import/ export shipment to meet SOP.
- Update shipment information in the operations system -
Work with the carrier to D/O on time.
- Follow up with the client to get documents to arrange import clearance
- Prepare import/export shipping documents for clearance.
- Work with internal teams (trucking/brokerage) to arrange import/export clearance and on-time cargo delivery to door.
- Billing and arranging complete documents for clients on time
- Work with the carrier to get a refund deposit and follow up on empty returns on time.
- Work proactively in resolving problems
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good computer skills (typing, Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Good teamwork spirit and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Hard-working, punctual, flexible, patient, good attitude, commitment, and able to work under pressure
- Can speak and write English
