Job Description
‐ Supervise the daily operation and standardize the operation process.
‐ Manage and coordinate the overall operation of the operation Department and be responsible
for formulating the service and document process of the operation Department.
‐ Experience in setting schedule job for technicians, stock control, problem solving and respond to
emergencies, etc.
‐ Daily management of subordinates, work guidance, training, work arrangement, inspection and
supervision, follow‐up.
‐ Supervise Operations Supervisor in the daily operations.
‐ Work overtime in an unplanned condition
‐ Formulate strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and secure
compliance.
‐ Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
‐ Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
‐ Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
‐ Manage budgets and forecasts
‐ Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
‐ Recruit, train and supervise staff
‐ Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Job Requirement
‐ Degree in Business Management, Operations Management or related field
‐ At least 5 years of operation and management experience in Pest Management, Construction or
related field.
‐ Good communication skills and team management skills.
‐ Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit.
‐ Leadership ability
‐ Outstanding organizational skills
‐ Good at leadership skills, social skills, and knowledge of actively listening.
