About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the Principal to provide high quality administrative support.
Role Description
• Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and memos.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Act as a liaison between the principal and staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure their proper organization.
• Organize and oversee travel arrangements for the principal, including transportation and accommodation.
• Assist with the coordination of school events and activities.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 Year experience
• A diploma or certification in Office Administration or a related discipline may be considered with extensive experience.
• Management and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
