JOB TITLE: PRODUCT TRAINER REPORTS TO: SALE DIRECTOR LOCATION: PHNOM PENH SALARY RANGE:NEGOTIABLE 1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, and new hires 2. Collaborate with supply chain, sales and marketing team to ensure training materials are aligned with current product features and address customer needs 3. Design and create engaging training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules 4. Conduct live training sessions, both in-person and virtually 5. Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness and participant progress 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and incorporate them into training programs 7. Provide ongoing support to trainees to ensure they can confidently utilise the product 8. Maintain a library of training resources for easy access and reference *Job Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product training or a related field 3. Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training programs 4. Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant product area 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to tailor training content to diverse audiences 7. Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools (e.g., presentation software, e-learning platforms) 8. Excellent time management and organisational skills 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
