We are currently seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team and ensure the excellence of our signage projects. Job Description: As a QA/QC Engineer for our signage projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management process from inception through completion. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, fabricators, and installers to maintain our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections and audits at various stages of signage fabrication and installation. - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to project. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, issues, and improvements. - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. - Identify and resolve quality-related problems in a timely manner to minimize project delays. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams regarding quality requirements and best practices. - Participate in project meetings and communicate quality concerns effectively to all stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, signage, or related industry. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
