Job Description - Greet and professionally welcome visitors. - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Daily collect and arrange newspaper distribution to designated management and staff. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation on car arrangement, petrol consumption, phone call records, and office supplies. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. - Coordinate and facilitate vehicle arrangements for staff traveling. - Serve water, coffee during management meetings
