Job requirement: - A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role, showcasing effective team management and achievement of sales targets. - In depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics to guide and support the sales team effectively. - Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate, mentor, and lead a sales team to success. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration. - Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, assess team performance, and make informed decisions for strategy enhancement. - Customer-centric approach with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships and address issues promptly. - Strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges and obstacles that may arise in the sales process. - Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, marketing, and upper management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
