Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative functions run smoothly.
2. Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
4. Supervise and support junior administrative staff.
5. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
6. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations
8. Act as a liaison between departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure proper communication and coordination between teams for operational efficiency
10. Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving administrative issues.
11. Handle petty cash, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations.
12. Prepare reports on administrative activities and operational performance.
13. Maintain and update company records, contracts, and legal documents
14. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and government regulations
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a rolated field.
2. At least 2 years in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
6 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
