JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing,
assessment, and job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft targeted job postings
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract and engage potential
candidates
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future employment opportunities
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for further interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview feedback sessions
- Negotiate job offers and finalize hiring processes
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
- Develop and review hiring documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree of Administration, Human Resource Management or another
related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Functions
- Good command of English (Reading, writing, listening and speaking)
- Knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, and power points
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and professional networks for recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
