Site Controller

• Control and handle workers • Site works inspection • Checking and preparing site report • Manage and allocate all structural works • Supervise and monitor the site labor force and the work any subcontractors • Ensuring that all materials used, and work perform are as specifications • Ensure that all company’s assets must be well controlled • Highly accountable for losses and damages • Other works assigned by the company Requirements • English literacy is required (Chinese is a plus) • Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Microsoft project) • Strong commitment and work patience • Bachelor’s degree or certificate related field • Understanding about décor work • At least 3 years’ experience of site control • Be able to manage work at site • Teamwork, honest, hardworking • High critical thinking, high problem solving • Sub-contractor workforce quality management • Strong leadership and well organizing Requirements • English literacy is required (Chinese is a plus) • Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Microsoft project) • Strong commitment and work patience • Bachelor’s degree or certificate related field • Understanding about décor work • At least 3 years’ experience of site control • Be able to manage work at site • Teamwork, honest, hardworking • High critical thinking, high problem solving • Sub-contractor workforce quality management • Strong leadership and well organizing
