QA/QC Officer- Mall Operations Chip Mong Mega Mall
Key Responsibilities :
Daily Spot Checks: Conduct scheduled and random inspections of common areas, food courts, restrooms, and storefront exteriors to ensure they meet cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
-Quality Management: Develop and implement quality standards for all mall facilities and services, including cleanliness, safety, and customer service protocols.
Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify any cleanliness, safety, or maintenance issues; coordinate with relevant vendors or mall departments for immediate resolution.
-Regular Inspections and Audits: Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections of all areas, including public spaces, tenant areas, food courts, and restrooms, to ensure adherence to established standards.
-Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and health codes.
-Vendor Performance Oversight: Manage and monitor third-party vendors, such as cleaning, Parking, and security services, to ensure consistent quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
-Customer Feedback Management: Track and address customer complaints related to facility quality. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
-Data Collection and Reporting: Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on quality metrics for senior management.
-Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for operational improvement and lead projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the visitor experience.
-Crisis Management: Act as a key member of the emergency response team, ensuring quick resolution of safety and quality issues during emergencies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a QA/QC role within facilities management, retail, or hospitality industries; experience in mall operations is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary : Negotiate Base On Experience
Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 or 13:00 - 22:00
