POSITION REQUEST Ref: PR-72 Date: 02nd Dec 2024 Position: Quality & Continuous Improvement Officer Department: Operation Salary: 500-800 USD Date required: ASAP Report to: Mengse Oueng Responsibilities: o Inspect product and material to ensure they meet specifications and quality standard. o Conduct product testing and make improvement. o Identifying processes for improvement, root causes of problems, and inefficiencies. o Create plans to increase production, decrease costs, and improve processes. o Create regular reports for upper management and documenting changes. o Analyze output under new practices to determine the best options for process improvement. o Promoting efficiency and safety in the plant assurance. o Encouraging employee participation to lead to greater engagement, job satisfaction, and morale. o Conduct real-time inspections and monitoring of production processes o Work closely with production staff, engineers, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement improvements Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, quality management, or a related field o Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment o Ability to analyzing issue and identifying trends. Identify defects, discrepancy, and inconsistency o Excellent communication skills to collaborate with production teams and management. o Good at speaking, listening, and writing report both in Khmer and English
