Key Responsiblities: • Overall manage all construction sites to meet safety environment and health. • Interface with all contractors to speak powerfully to solve out matters on behalf of management. • Ensure all site progress to meet deadline. • Oversee company’s staff, contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards and progress are met. • Create/plan schedule for construction crews and ensure all project sites are fully staffed. • Provide method statement of structural construction if needing. • Maintain constant communication with contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities. • Compile specifications for construction engineering and architecture. • Compile weekly and monthly reports and other documents into proper maintain. • To manage workers' daily performance and solve the problem. • To ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with timeline of the project. • To manage stock control system. • To have acknowledgement on Health Safety and Environment system for building Requirement: • Bachelor or master degree in engineer. • Minimum four years for engineering, architectural and MEP work experience in construction sector and two years for experience in office management. • -depth understanding of operations, production and design. • Can assess project plans and construction specifications. • Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus. • Proficiency in computer skills program MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft project), AutoCAD, REVIT and other involved programs. • Ability to coordinate and direct construction activities at work site. • Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment. • Passionate about building environment and care about people and environment Working Days and Hours Monday to Saturday 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm Salary and Benefit • Bonus • Insurance In and Outpatient • Meal allowance • Phone allowance • Trip (In and outbound) • Annual Staff Party • Internal and External Training
