Solar Storage Engineer

1. Responsible for solar inverter, Battery ESS technical service, need to go to project sites, customers’ office, or invite customer to Huawei office’s training room, provide Huawei’s Digital Power product hardware, software training for customer’s engineering, construction, operation & maintenance team. 2. Receive customers’ daily technical inquiry, login to Huawei e-care system, follow up the questions, tickets and reply customers on time, remote support and to solve the issues and to make sure customers satisfied with Huawei’s service. 3. Response to prepare basic line spare units, follow up spare team to send new product to the site, to manage and make sure spares be enough and can be sent to customers on time. Negotiate and make sure customer & DHL to send back the fault products. 4. Work with solution sales team, to do new innovative technology trial, health checking for customers’ projects site, submit O&M service report to customers to get customers’ approval and satisfy, understand customers’ demands and pain points, feedback and report to solution sales team. 5. Product Solution Design: Accurately understand customer requirements, match the optimal product solution, analyze and locally adapt product and solution competition strategies, complete bidding configuration and technical document designing, solve customer technical problems. 6. Together with sales/marketing team, join as the presenter or lecturer for technical workshops/roadshows/marketing activities for customers and partners.
