KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Direct and coordinates all daily activities of the Surveillance Department in accordance to the Company
and Casino Policy and Regulations.
- To ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
- To be a team leader and make logical judgement in resolve issues.
- To review incident and submit report on daily shift.
- To follow and perform all instruction, assignment and other related duties as may be required by the
superior.
- To evaluate the subordinate’s performance and complete the annual appraisals as required.
- To be fair, unbiased and non-prejudiced but firm when dealing with the subordinates
- To check and ensure all cameras and its coverage are recording and in working condition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.
- At lease 3-5 years in management role
- Knowledge of major games like Baccarat, Nui Nui, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, San Gong. Other games knowledge is advantage.
- A well discipline and honest personality.
- No colour blinds
- Computer proficiancy
- Be able to use Mandarin and English, can read and write both languages are advantage.
- Good communication with another department in charge
