Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat on time
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of software
(GPS Gasoline system/Europe Track)
• Guide customers through product features, setup, and usage.
• Document common issues and create knowledge base articles for future reference
• Conduct the product training for customer
• Create user guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos to support customer
• Assist in the testing and validation of new products and software updates
Requirement
• Information Technology University degree
• At least 1 year experience in technology customer supports
• Good discipline and punctual
• Good communication both in English and Khmer
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Working condition
• 6 working day (01 day off, Sun/Sat)
• 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30
• Public Holidays (03days-Khmer New Year, 03days-Pchum Ben & 01-day Water Festival)
• Insurance (N/A)
