Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing daily bookkeeping tasks.
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Help with payroll processing and ensure employee compensation is accurate and timely.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
Help prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to perform audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accounting tasks.
Assist with any other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
No prior experience required, but internships or related experiences are a plus.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High attention to detail and a desire to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
