ThaanJaya Properties is a property developer in Cambodia, dedicated to creating a new standard of housing estate and offering a unique living experience. The company is embarking on its inaugural project with ambitious growth plans and exciting prospects for the future.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior AP Accountant at ThaanJaya Properties in Cambodia. The Junior AP Accountant will be responsible for tasks such as managing expense reports, handling finance and accounting processes, and preparing journal entries.
Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day operations of invoice/claim payment processing
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents
- Post transactions in ERP system
- Prepare Government report for filing
- Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations
- Perform additional duties from time to time as may be assigned by the superior and/or department Head
Admin
- Prepare workers payroll
- Handle office supplies purchasing and inventory
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
- Analytical Skills in Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- Relevant work experience in accounting or finance
