Branch Operation Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities: - Prepare Cash Summary report to Upper Management. - Supervision of daily financial activities. Making sure that the purchasing, payment processes, sales invoices, sales receipts issuance, are accurate with actual activities. Using software to record-keeping all work, complete and verify end-of-the-day transactions, and confirm on daily reports. - Handling cash book and related documents. - Daily cash report generated by dealerPro system to Management. - Communicate with other departments regarding vendor and internal payments - Controlling advance payment, scheduling payment, and petty cash. - Controlling PR and PO and Invoicing process. - Prepared weekly advance payment reports and follow-up actions. - Leading and educated the team members to be smooth and supportive of the operations team - Dealing with other teams for all issues related to finance operations internal or external. - Ensure all team members to control AR, AP, Advance payment on time and collection and reimbursement on time. - Guiding and setting up the new SOP for process improvement. - Weekly and Monthly cash flow report, AP & AR report. - Support to audit requirements. - Collaborate with the Senior Management to determine and compile the annual budget. - Review and Advise on all financial agreements. - Ensure timely, accurate financial data input to the system, for generate report for the management team and board. - Ensure all team member to complete their daily task in the system accurately. - Ensure and train all team members to be onboard in dealerPro system. - Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. - Gather, compile, and analyze financial data from completed transactions to provide reports that offer data-driven responses to managerial inquiries. - Creating a budget for each branch, and analyzing financial statistics to support decisions on how to distribute funds. - Report financial results and provide analysis of branch income and expenses. Job Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in Leadership experience.
