KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Maintain, analyze, and review financial records and statements -Monitor account activities of other departments -Manage and update account payables and receivables -Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bills, and payments to ensure accurate translations -Maintain and prepare budgets and expenses -Ensure statement and record compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations -Conduct internal audits on financial activities -Organize and maintain financial account information using database software -Provide assistance to clients regarding their accounts -Review account information and data to identify issues or errors -Evaluate risks, procedures, and internal management system Track overdue payments JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.) -Chinese Speaking and Accounting qualification a must. -Problem-solving abilities -Working experience as an Accounting Officer, Accounting Coordinator, or a similar role -Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and accounting software (ex. Quickbooks) -Mathematics and numerical skills Mathematics and numerical skills -Good working attitude
