Job Title: Recovery Unit Manager Location: Phnom Penh Deadline: 30-September-2024 Salary: Based on Qualification and Experience I. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Overall Responsible, Manage and Lead the Field Collection Supervisor (FCS) and Field Collection Officer (FCO) to collect repayment on Arrear and Write Off Loans that assigned. 2. Assign Arrear and Write Off loans in To Do List for FCS/FCO and submit list to Head Loan Recovery for review and approve in excel and system every early of each month. 3. Set KPI to each Field Collection Supervisor (FCS) and Field Collection Officer (FCO) on Arrear and Write Off loans (Collection Ratio and Repossess Plan) by Yearly/Monthly. 4. Assist Head Loan Recovery to amend, revise, create the collection policy/Procedure. 5. Review on Loan Situation and Daily Visitation Plan of FCS and FCO and provide any action or generate further strategy to improve the collection result. 6. Organize the weekly meeting with FCS and FCO in order to share, raise up the necessary issue and find best solution to support team effectively. 7. Coach/Train the Field Collection Team on policy, procedure, guideline and ensure staffs well understanding, proper implementation and misconducted. 8. Spot check FCS & FCO about working hour, location of field visiting and ensure those staff no cheat working time or no fake report of visitation in Daily Visitation Record and no any suspicious/Fraud cases by Collection staff. 9. Ensure the staff commitment and job attention are efficiency and focus on result. 10. Close Follow up and verify the loan that promise to pay but still non-action by FCS/FCO, find the reason that not pay and make plan to support team accordingly. 11. Ensure all report and relevant forms/letters that used/prepared by FCS/FCO are complete properly, on time and correct base to Internal Control Policy. 12. Review, analyze, find solution to FCS/FCO who are low performance and warning to staff in case they can’t get more improvement base to HR Policy and Internal Rule. 13. Screening loan and consult with Head Department or Lawyer to make complaint to local authority/court especially day late >90days, asset is pawned or illegal sold and write off. 14. Monthly/Weekly Update the Report of Court Case and send to Head Loan Recovery. 15. Collaborate with other departments about asset biding/selling. 16. Solve any complaint from lessee that related to collection issue/payment. 17. Other tasks that assigned by Head Loan Recovery/COO/CEO. II. Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor Degree of Banking or any related field. 2. Minimum 4 years of work experiences on Loan Recovery/Collection or related fields in MFI or Leasing company. 3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supervisory and Managerial role. 4. Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English. 5. Honest, flexible, and hard-working. 6. High commitment and able to work under pressure. 7. Knowledge in management, leading, controlling, analyzing, and decision making. 8. Good in Excel Skill and Report Analysis. III.
