Responsibility: Managing the day to day operations of the finance department and its associated areas, you will support the Accounting Manager and assist in streamlining financial business processes. General: o Check account staffs activities; o check verify PR,PO and expenses; o Consolidate all accounts MB and all branches monthly; o Balance and income statement monthly (Financial statement); o Monitor and resolve problems relate to all accounts; o Count actual stock in Siem Reap; • Preparation and co-ordination of monthly reports • Contribute to the development of Business Systems • Leading, mentoring and managing the dedicated finance and administration team • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare of P&L balance sheet, BAS and annual accounts • Supervision of budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries and other accounting document transactions • Supervise all administrative tasks and ensure that the team are completing all tasks required by the business in a timely and efficient manner • Produce timely and meaningful management reports to assist the management in running the business including preparation of budgets and forecasts and performance analysis. • Ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP policies and procedures • Resolve any accounting related discrepancies and irregularities • Supervise daily banking (cash in/out) • Preparation of reports necessary for regular board meetings to review and plan the company's operation. • Supervise and complete other tasks as required by top management. Reports: All reports to be submitted on monthly basis • Profit and Loss Statement • Balance Sheet • Accounts Receivables Balance • Accounts Payable Balance • Sales Report (Detail) • Inventory Report • Purchase Report Work support: o Participate to any other tasks assigned by Management
