+Main Duties: -Source and identify potential suppliers, vendors and obtain quotations for all goods and services -Prepare market survey and price comparison of goods and services required by Company -Prepare purchase requests and place the purchase orders with suppliers -Maintain good relationship with suppliers, vendors and seek new opportunity for cost savings and quality improvement of goods and services -Monitor and track the purchased orders, deliveries, and resolve the problem -Prepare and issue purchase contract or agreement to the suppliers -Prepare purchase reports (weekly, monthly and annual) -Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager and the Management. +Requirements & Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or related fields -At least 2 years of working experience in purchase, procurement or related field -Honesty, hard work, teamwork, and able to work under pressure -Good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. -Good command in English and Khmer languages -Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) -Rapid English and Khmer typing -Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus
