- Improve the control over accounting transactions; including journal posting, reconciliation, and financial reports. - Analyze financial statements to report to the Head of Finance. - Assist the Head of Finance in preparing annual and semi-budget plans. - Develop control over cash management. - Develop and update Accounting policy and Accounting Manual. - Develop and update procurement policy and fixed assets management. - Control A/R & A/P. - Prepare NBC report, monthly, and annual tax on income. - Other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance. - At least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent professional qualifications. - Good knowledge of CAS / CIFRS for SMEs. - At least 3 years of working experience at the supervisor level in a field related to the banking or MFI sector. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Good at Microsoft Office - Basic salary with highly competitive - Khmer New Year Bonus 100% of Basic Salary - Pchum Ben Ceremony Bonus 100% of Basic Salary - Health insurance covered staff and their families (Spouse & 2 Kids) - 24-hour insurance covered staff safety - Staff wedding package - Staff Loan - Staff Uniform - Fuel allowance of $50 per month. - Other Benefits.
