b. Consulting Food & Beverage Hospitality Experts is a consultancy firm based in Cambodia since 2017 with one office in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap. We are 3 partners working on different sectors: Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism. Our consultancy company is partnered with local owners or conglomerates, all leaders in their sector: hotels, restaurants, food shops, retails, FMCG, real estate, tourism development. Today, we are recruiting an administrative assistant to support the operation of our cabinet. You will work in English with a team of foreign consultants (most of them are French). You will prepare content in both language Khmer and English. You will support the team of Senior Consultants to implement internal process of the company, specifically our new accounting system. Job Responsibilities: Administrative tasks - Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. - Maintains physical and digital filing systems. - Manages agendas for senior staff - Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes. - Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents Accounting & Legal - Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded - Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices - Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines - Assist senior consultants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings - Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. Assistance to senior consultants - Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations. - Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets. - Assist senior consultants in any other tasks might be assigned from time to time - Keep update the agenda of the company Job Requirements: - Current enrollment in Accounting, Business Administration or International relations undergraduate course. - Motivated and passionate about Food & Beverage and Hospitality industry. - Excellent English and Khmer verbal and written communication skills. - Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability - Aptitude for learning new software and systems - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Self-directed and able to work without supervision - Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas - At least two years of college or equivalent Your direct benefits: - Skills development opportunities (Confidence and self-belief, Communication skills, Working within teams and team building, Time management and multitasking, Industry awareness, Operational knowledge, etc.) - On-field experience - A dive into your future career via networking - Boost Up Your CV - Salary & Compensation package: - Salary : to be discussed (minimum 250$) - Annual Public Holidays - Sim card and gasoline in case of necessity - Nationality: Cambodian - Location: Phnom Penh - Language : English and Khmer (French speaker in opt but not mandatory) - Working Days: Monday to Friday - Working Hours: 40 hours a week
