Who we are: Anti Social Hours Co LTD operates Garage Sale (restaurant and bar) and TicTic (alternative, forward-thinking concept bar spread over three floors). Located next door to each other, Garage Sale specializes in American comfort food and high-quality drinks, while TicTic offers high-end cocktails, eclectic music, and unique experiences. We’re looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Supervisor to work across both venues, directly supporting the Supervisors and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assistant Supervisor Role: We are seeking an experienced individual with at least 2 years of experience in a bar or service role, who is passionate about progressing their career. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, team leadership, and operational management. After a successful 3-month probation, the Assistant Supervisor will be promoted to a Supervisor role with a salary increase.
As part of this role, you will work closely with our Supervisors, learning from their experience to fully understand the operations of both Garage Sale and TicTic. This includes mastering all of our cocktail recipes and gaining a clear understanding of how the kitchen operates to ensure seamless coordination. Creativity and a proactive approach are highly valued, as we encourage team members to contribute ideas that improve service and enhance customer experiences.
Assistant Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the Supervisors in managing daily operations across Garage Sale and TicTic. • Lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout both venues. • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development. • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure supplies are restocked as needed. • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns professionally. • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Learn and perfect all cocktails on the menu and understand the functionality of the kitchen to improve team efficiency. • Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations. • Step into key operational roles (bartending, hosting, or floor service) during busy periods. • Use creativity to suggest and implement ideas that enhance the customer experience and improve operations.
Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in the bar or food and beverage industry. • Fluent in Khmer with strong English-speaking skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. • A passion for the service industry, creativity, and a desire to grow with the company. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Benefits: • $375 per month starting salary, with a salary increase upon promotion after a successful 3-month probation. • 6 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. • 18 days of paid holiday per year. • Public holidays off: Pchum Ben & Khmer New Year. • Opportunities for growth and advancement within a forward-thinking company.
