• Ensuring that the information provided to the public and to NBC is clear, accurate and reliable • Assessing the relevance of the accounting methods used to prepare the individual and consolidated account • Assessing the quality of internal control procedures, in particular whether the systems for measuring, monitoring and controlling risks are consistent, and recommending further action where appropriate • Ensuring that the financial and risk-related information is clear and assessing the relevance of the accounting and valuation methods use for the establishment of the individual and, where applicable, consolidated accounts and financial statements • Following up on effective corrective actions’ implementation notably by tracking pending and outstanding recommendations issued by Internal Audit and further supporting the work of Internal Audit • Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk control • Determine compliance with policies and procedures to be in place • Carry any other duties assigned by the management and the BOD from time to time
