Job Responsibilities: - Be ready to get claim notification for 24 hours - Communicate with the insured or the insured’s driver in the event of the accident - Go to the accident site as soon as possible after receiving claim notification - Investigate and analyze the accident causes - Collect and seek for evidence, witness, or camera as a proof of the accident - Follow up and update the status of claim - Enhance the negotiation as soon as possible - Process claim payment quickly - Work closely with the insured to provide good and value-added services - Work closely with the paneled garage to make sure they provide the good repairing services to our Insured/Client Education: - Bachelor’s Degree - Knowledge of general insurance is appreciated - Knowledge of risk analysis is appreciated IT Skill: - Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Email….) - Mobile app skill Experience: - 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or/and Admin (Be flexible, creative, proactive, active etc.) Language Skill: - Good command of English language, Chinese is a plus
