Human Resource: - Manages and controls all kind of administrative documents to file in order. - Manage the process of recruitment, selection, training and conduct the orientation. - Issue the employment contract and ensure that employee folders are well managed. - Look after the environment in office and solve problem if staff have a conflict. - Prepare the overtime and monthly report related to head count, turnover. - Control attendant of worker and staff work at site. - Keep record of stationary using at site, and make an inventory report every month. - Other tasks assigned by manager. Job Requirement: - Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or other related fields. - At least 1year experiences in related fields. No Experience before we also support you to drop the CV first. - Good understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word & Excel). - Be able to communicate both writing and speaking in English language. - Be honest, hardworking and flexible.
