Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Training and Staff Development.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Performance, Appraisals and Employee Relations
- Compliance & Ministry
- HR and Facilities Management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and Admin roles
- Strong understanding of HR and Admin policy
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking
- Knowledge labor law, MoLVT, NSSF
