Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead the recruitment process: job postings, interviews, hiring decisions
- Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles
2. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Build effective communication between management and staff
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records (contracts, files, attendance, leave)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in Cambodia
- Manage work permits and employment documentation for foreign staff
4. Performance & Development
- Oversee staff appraisal and performance review processes
- Identify training needs and organize workshops or learning opportunities
Support career development and succession planning
5. Policy & HR Strategy
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement HR strategies to support business goals
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the service or entertainment industry.
-Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software & Google Drive.
-Have knowledg of Cava
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
