Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and lead brainstorming sessions for future promotions, campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Analyze consumer behavior through branch visits and online engagement to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram), ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Review and approve content calendars, captions, and artwork across all channels.
-Translate and localize content as needed for audience relevance and cultural context.
- Lead marketing efforts for brand anniversaries and special in-store events.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, including influencer spending and campaign materials.
- Coordinate monthly purchasing needs related to marketing campaigns and events.
- Ensure all expenditures align with allocated budgets and are efficiently tracked.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within retail, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
- Proven expertise in social media strategy, content development, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in marketing tools including Canva, Google Drive, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent command of both English and Khmer (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work during weekends or holidays for events and activations when required
