Key Responsibilities -Supervise day-to-day operations of all playgrounds and food service points (e.g., Fun Snack, Party Catering) -Monitor and improve operational KPIs, service quality, and efficiency -Ensure consistency in cleanliness, safety, play experience, and food service across all brands -Oversee customer experience standards in both playground and café zones -Lead, train, and evaluate playground managers, assistant managers, and café supervisors -Approve monthly shift rosters and staff plans for both play and F&B areas -Conduct regular team meetings, training programs, and leadership development -Drive a positive culture focused on safety, learning, service, and teamwork -Oversee event calendar planning: birthdays, workshops, pop-ups, school visits, and special holidays -Work closely with creative and event teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution -Monitor booking systems, party setups, catering plans, and on-site coordination -Set and maintain standards for grooming, greeting, engagement, and cleanliness -Develop SOPs for customer interaction at reception, café, and party service -Handle escalated feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints -Analyze income from entry fees, F&B sales, and events to identify growth opportunities -Set and monitor monthly sales targets per brand and location -Submit weekly/monthly operations, sales, stock, and customer feedback reports to leadership -Track staff performance and incident reports for all locations -Support marketing team with campaign ideas, seasonal promotions, and UGC (user-generated content) -Monitor each branch’s social media content (FB, IG, TikTok) for consistency and engagement -Coordinate cross-promotion between food, play, and event offerings -Collaborate on CSR, school outreach, and community events
