*Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and coordination of tour itineraries. - Communicate with service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides, to arrange necessary services for tours. - Ensure all travel arrangements are made accurately and in a timely manner. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about tour packages and services. - Handle bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications for tour packages. - Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information. - Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient. - Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during tours, coordinating with service providers and clients as necessary. - Other task assigned by manager. *Qualifications: - Studying or fresh graduate bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous internship or part-time experience in the travel and tourism industry.
