Now our company is expanding our business with new projects. Project Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of new projects. With a comprehensive scope, the Project Finance Manager will oversee all financial issues, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and fund raising. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. • As the partner of the projects, focuses on improving the quality of project management, and ensure key financial activities executed, such as estimation, budgeting, and funding. • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to optimize financial performance. • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to guide strategic decision-making. • Lead financial audits and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements. Requirement: • Bachelor degree in management, accounting, finance, or equivalent degree • Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance field • A good level of Korean is necessary, English is a plus. • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Understanding of Cambodian Tax and Labor rule and regulations.
