KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Develop and implement strategies to reduce tax liabilities, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. -Stay updated on tax laws, apply best practices in filing and reporting, and manage tax compliance and disputes. -Lead and mentor the tax team, collaborate with affiliates, and liaise with tax authorities. -Prepare and oversee tax documents, audits, appeals, and expatriate returns while integrating tax into strategic planning. -Review deferred tax computations, manage employee tax clearances, and coordinate with external advisors. -Create annual tax plans and budgets, align SOPs with objectives, and drive continuous improvements. QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field. -5+ years of tax experience, including managing teams and projects. -Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations. -Experience with tax software and financial systems. -Native in Khmer with good English communication skills.
