Job Title: Finance Manager Report to: General Manager Salary: $1000 - $1500 Job Location: Head Office Working day: Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning Working Hour: 8am to 12pm / 1pm to 5pm Employment status: Permanent Role 1. Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure stability and growth 2. Provide strategic financial insights and partner closely with executive leadership 3. Implement and oversee Quick Book systems to enhance operational efficiency. 4. Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 5. Oversee the accounting department and ensure that the financial records are accurate. 6. Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions to ensure that the company has access to the necessary capital to fund its operations. 7. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and operations and help achieve their objectives 8. Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess their financial impact. 9. Monitor key financial metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 10. Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity. 11. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for Management 12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes. 13. Manage and process all kind of bank work, document support, Renew OD, request new loans Extend loans and bank guaranty 14. Manage project contract payment term follow up issued invoice until complete contract amount 15. Set a working plan in term of daily weekly and monthly 16. Current coaching and motivation to staff members 17. Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance 2. Have strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks at one time 3. Have good knowledge and understanding of MEF or Contraction business accounting laws and regulations, reporting practices 4. Have command of both spoken and written Khmer and English 5. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in Finance/Account Manager 6. Other skill: In detail person, schedule management skill, team-work, help each other 7. Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software such as QuickBooks… 8. Good Knowledge of accounting principles, Taxation, internal controls
